Earliest Date one can fly once H1b is approved

Hi There,

One consultant has agreed to file H1b with premium processing. Say the H1b gets approved in May 1st week. When can one fly to US at the earliest ?

You need to get a project before you can fly. The client needs to interview you, select you and send you a letter sayng that they need you. Only then can you get a visa stamp in your passport. Visa approval is just the beginning. The whole process of getting a project could take weeks or months.
