hi friends,
I am really confused regarding the unique problem of mine, which i am facing since Nov 2006. The problem is as follows..
My H1B case has been approved by the USCIS on 1st Nov 2006. My consultant in US is not forwarding the H1 documents for one or the other reason.
As I have done my masters in Electrical Engineering and I have experience of 5+ years in the software field, he is afraid that bcoz of electrical degree i will not get visa. Therefore he has not given me the documents regarding H1 and now the time has started for new H1 quota...
The problem is whether i have to wait for his response or file H1 in 2008 quota? if i have to wait till what time?
I will really appreciate if any one can help me in this regard..
