h1b petition sent to dhs about qualms on employer

my h1b ptition has been sent to dhs can any one tell me how much time it will take to get a decision and can i attend with the new petition before getting the final decision . i got the following letter from us embassy

After careful consideration of your case, we have forwarded the application to the Department of Homeland Security, Citizenship and immigration office for a decision on possible revocation. We base this revocation request on qualms about the petitioner and not on you or your qualifications. We will contact you with information as to the result of the revocation request as soon as DHS comes back with a decision
