Hi,
I am on L2 visa and was contacted by a consultant firm who agreed to sponsor my H1B based on following conditions.
1. I will have to provide 4000 $ as a security deposit that shall be returned after an year of service
2. Will be returned back the filing fee if my application doesnt reach the cap
I agree to it but the problem is that they do not want to give any receipt for the amount I am going to pay. and also they want the money as cash or direct transfer from account.
I fail to understand why they are using these kind of policies. They have not given me any offer letter or alike.
Can someone suggest??
