Traveling to India for H1 Visa Stamping

Hi All,
I am going to Delhi Counsulate for COS H4-H1 (H1b Visa Stamping).
My Question is:-
When I will go to India Do I have to show my old I-94 in Airport Or New I-94 which is attached with H1b Approval.

My friend told me that I-94 numbers are same so I should tear that I-94 from H1b Approval and show them New one not the old which is attached in Passport.
I am confused If I will show them new I-94 they may ask question why this got changed or some other questions regarding H4-H1.

Can anyone help me for this.

---- Submit both the I-94's to the airport/airline authorities so that USCIS is aware of your entry and departure to and from US with exact dates as written on I-94
