doubt regarding h4visa
hi friend
i had quaries , i got h1b visa in march 2007 and i am applying for my wife as h4 visa in this month ie: april 2007 ............
1)As i did not go to usa for work and have my pay stubs.....so my doubt is any body friends who went to interview and got h4 visa stamping for his/her spouse with out pay slips and tax papers of USA company
2)so in this situation can i show my 3 years experience letter and pay stubs which i worked in MNC in banglore is that enough.?
and last 3)can i attend the interview with my wife for h4visa for my wife bcoz if any prob i can give information to the VO on behave of my wife i mean can i go inside the USambbasy
