Hi,
I got my H1 stamped in Nov-06. My marriage got fixed in the meanwhile and so it happen'd for me to move to US in the next month.
I've informed this to my US cons' person and he accepted upon arranging interviews in another few days. I'd like to know what are the documents I'd require for my wife to get the H4 visa. I'm having the original I797, LCA forms etc with me now.
As I haven't moved to US still, I don't have any PayStubs/IT stmnts/returns from the US cons' with me now and so in this case, I'm pretty unclear on the documents to be carried by her. In this situation, please let me know as soon as you can about what are the documents she need to carry with her while going for H4 visa interview.
