Company B applied to USCIS for my H1B transfer. USCIS have received the application and i started working for company B. After few months working for company B now i want to go back to company A. My H1B transfer for company B is still in process (since it takes around 3 months). Does company A need to file for my H1B transfer again or will my old H1B is valid for me to work for Company A?

---- If your H1 for company A has not been revoked and if it is still valid and unexpired then you can work for that company. However, if the H1 is revoked then yes, you have to apply for a transfer
