H1 without job &paystubs help me

Before i was on H4 and i got my H1 oct 2006, and i don't get any job upto now. My employer telling me to transfer my H1 to h4 again, because i am not getting the job. They didn't do well marketing well.

Please let me know if anybody knows how much time a candidate can be on bench? without paystubs . hurry.....

i don't want to change my visa again to h4 Please help me.

Ask them to run payroll for you for 2 paystubs. Pay them back that money. After that change your employer using the 2 paystubs.
