Going for H4 Stamping
Hi All,
My wife is going for H4 Stamping, one of the documents to carry is valid visa of Principle applicant. I am here for the past 7 years I recently got my 8th year extension.
I have transfered my H1-B in 2004 to a new company
current_employer and filed for LC. But my visa for the previous_employer has expired long time back. And I have not been to India after that and as such I have no valid visa for the current_employer. So this remains a question.
I have sent the original copy of I-797 and all the required documentation.
Is the Visa a mandatory requirement in my case.
