I applied H1B in 2005. I got querries(3 times) in the US consulate asking end Client signed letter.. my employer was not able get them properly..
: so that case is open still. my last visit on march 2006 on H1B visa application. I have moved to company Y and there is requirement to got US.I went to Consulate on for B1 Visa (BEP)(I said internal training) but it is rejected. they mentioned that they suspect my stay coz I already applied for H1B.

: my question is my husband has H1B and he travelled 3 times to US(2 months stay eact time) and going to apply for renewal his H1B along with H4(new). this is processing by his (same, which is filed his H1B ) comapny...

You cannot work on an H4. It would be easier to take up a job in India with a big MNC and ask them to send you to the US on an L1 or H1.
