Hi,

Im currently in US on L1.My I-94 + visa is till may'08. I need to go back to india for a short visit in arnd mar 08 . Is it ok to come back in mar 08 with 2 / 3 months of visa limit? Can i come back if i apply / get an extension on my current I-94 ?

Also , @ the same time can i apply for H1 nxt year along with L1 extension?

hi,
i m presently in US working on L1 for company A.
my L1 is about to expire in may 2008 and i need a short visit to india in march 2008.
i want to change the company A as soon as possible and want my H1B visa done through company B.(since company A would not process my H1B)

what should i do?
should i go for extension of L1 visa get it stamped in india during my stay in march,come back to US on L1 and apply for H1B (in april)through company B?
or
i should wait for few months in india after L1 extension stamping,get my H1B filed and if approved,get it stamped and enter US on H1B?

plz guide me regarding the same.
