Details on Surname Change..Need your help

Hi. I recently got married and my wife is coming here to join me in the US in a few weeks time. Our marriage certificate has her old name and such is the case in her passport too. Once she comes here, we plan to apply for new passports for both of us, to endorse her name in my passport and to change her surname and endorse my name in her passport. My name does not change and hence i know that the US visa on my old passport will remain valid. Can you please tell me if the original visa (H4) issued on her passport will remain valid even though it has been issued against her old name or if i need to send for stamping of a new visa. What are the action items that i need to take care of? Appreciate all your help!!!
