    Hi

    If your H1B petition is not picked in this 2008 - 2009 lottery quota, then the USCIS will refund your check along with the other papers.

    I had applied for H1B, but unfortunately there is a new system implemented this time.
    i.e., lottey system, so My query is if a person is rejected from this lottey system, then money will be deduted or it is refunded.
