221g issued at chennai consulate...3 months waiting
Hii.....
I got a 221g when i went for my interview in Jan. After dropping the requested additional docs in the dropbox by Feb 20th, i got back my passport alone last week. Visa was not stamped.
I have got an additional doc saying that my case is still under review.
Its nearly 3 months since i dropped my docs.
when i mailed the US consulate reg this, i just got a canned response saying my case is under review.
It wld be really helpful if any of u cld help me reg this. Why r they delaying it so much....its almost 3 months n i have dropped all the docs requested..
Why was my passport alone returned???
