clarification reg. DS156

Hi,

I have done one mistake while filling my DS156, in which i have given surname and first name seperately in the fields provided but in my passport its given totally in a single row under first name. Now I want to change my name in DS156 form to the name that was represented as in the passport. but whenever i want to change its giving me as uneditable mode. Can anybody help me out how to change the name in the DS 156 form.
