H-1B1 2rd Extension, pending I-485

Hello,

I have a pending I-485 case. My current H-1B1 will expire on 8/25/07. I'm in the process of applying for another extension (this is my 6th year). Is there anything different from the old I-129 application? Do I have to re-apply for LCA?

Is there a need to file for for accelerated processing for the I-129? If there is, where should I file it to?
