Hi All,
I have been working in USA for past 3.5 years and I have paystubs and W2 for all months till March 2007.
I came to india on for a short vacation of 4 weeks in last week of March,which I extended to 3 months due to personal works and for getting married.
Due to extended vacation,I am on loss-of-Pay and I donot have paystubs for months of April,May and June.
I will be getting married this month end and I am planning to get H4 stamping for my fiancee next month first week(i.e., July) in chennai consulate.
I am wondering if I can go ahead with H4 stamping or need to wait till I get back to USA and send her latest paystubs.
I do have all paystubs and W-2 forms since I landed in USA in 2003.
Please let me know if anyone has experienced this situation and suggest me your experiences.
