Travelling on H1 and H4 visa for spouse

Hi,

I got my h1 stamped on Jan 26 for company X and right now i am working in company Y, But due to marraige I have not yet travelled to US. I am still in india and planning to travel in end of Jul and join company X. My wife doent have H4 yet.
So my question is

1) Will I face any problem at immigration ?
2) should I get my wife visa now or after going there ?

This bit is kinda confusing, you work for company Y but you will join company X
My wife doent have H4 yet.
So my question is

you will not have any problem if you are travelling alone
2) should I get my wife visa now or after going there ?
if you have all the documents for the h4 visa you can apply now itself
