When should I leave once my OPT Expires

Hi guys,

Should I leave US soon as my OPT expires or do i have 60 days to leave after my OPT expires?

you have 60 days as "grace-period "once your OPT expires. I have been advise to use only 58 days to leave and not make full use of the 60.
