Need help on H1 Transfer

Currently i have H1 Visa.
I need to know that when i filed for H1 Visa, i have given my experience letters along with the educational certificates. At that time i missed out to give my first experience certificate as the name of that company was and changed and i was not having the letter for that duration.
And i filed for the H1 during last year on the very last day..25th May 2006.

I want to know that
1. is it possible to add those details with the experience certificates, while i go for H1 Transfer.
for example: currently .. my information with INS is for 2000- 2007.
i want to add my experience of 1998-2000 also while i go for H1 Transfer.
is it possible?

2. Is it possible to transfer H1 without paystub.
3. where we can complaint to INS regarding our employer, if he does not keep the promises and humiliates and harasses us.

i would really appreciate a quick help.

Sure you can do so.

I am not sure about this, I haven't heard anyone doing so.
