H1b Visa, when in USA in B1/B2 - Plz reply Mr.Subramanya

Hi Sir,
I have a valid B1/B2 visa, in which I Traveled last year and also traveling this year(July – Oct,2007) with my present employer. My H1B is under processing, I have to schedule the interview. My consultant in US wants me to book an interview in Canadian or Mexican Embassy, as I am traveling now.
Please let me know is it advisable to take up there in Canadian or Mexican Embassy.

Hi Raj,

It is not adviced,travelling on B1 and attend for H1 Stamping at nearby countries..In many cases the applicants got refused are re-directed to home country...Better dont take up the chance..
