H4 Stamping While H1 Transfer - Please Help ASAP

Hi ,
I applied for H1 transfer and my family is going for H4 Visa stamping at chennai with previous employers paystubs, I-797 and Employer verification. Please let me know will there be problem for my family's H4 visa stamping.

I have other question

1. I am not sure whether my H1 transfer will be completed or approved by the time my family goes to chennai consulate, will there be a problem because of this.

If the transfer petition is not approved as yet, you should not hav any problem in geting your dependent visas approved.

but u might have to provide latest pay stubs! and employment confirmation letter which is mandatory - [email protected]
