If you are applying for an H-1B visa, you need to present:

* all the required documents for any non-immigrant visa Plus
* I-797 -- the original notice of approval,
* The complete I-129 petition submitted by your prospective employer including the Labor Condition Application
* The originals, plus one copy, of your university diplomas, mark sheets and any certificates you may have. (Secondary school information is not required) Letter from petitioning employer confirming employer's intent to hire the applicant
* Original, plus one copy, of your work experience letters from your previous employers

First time applicants may consider submitting the following documents:

* Names and current phone numbers of the personnel managers at the applicant's present and past jobs

ME: by looking at his eyes I explained for 1 min,
(VO is looking at my eyes about my confidence I think)

VO: after looking some papers ( probably I-797B and I-129) in the folder asked about my employer in US like its name and place etc.
VO: Did the US employer sent any of their tax papers
Me: No sir
VO: Any other information have they sent you about them
Me: Yes. I handed over the hardcopies of the details of my employer describing the kind of business and softwares they are into. ( thnx to my employer that he sent me those hardcopies)
VO: how did u find this job
Me: Through a job website
VO: What kind of interview had they taken
Me: I told the details
VO: What will you do in this company
Me: ....
VO: Will you be placed at any clientsite.
Me: No, I will be working in their development centre.
VO: Have u any document stating this?
Me: I showed the offer letter and supporting docs from my employer, where it was mentioned
VO: Do u know how big is this company
Me: I told that. I while telling that I told this is not like a typical consulting companies.
VO: How is this different from others
Me: I told ....
VO: Are you sure ( seems he wanted to check how much I was confident in saying that)
Me: Yes I am very sure
VO: Which company I am working currently.
Me: ...
VO: What all other companies had you worked?

Vo: Then I looked at my son (who is 3.5 yrs old) and asked hey how are you?
My Son: fine
VO: He was surprised getting reply from my son. He smiled and said your visa is approved. Will send your passports in few days. Have fun

Me: No idea
VO: Oh you dont know. You will get your passport in few days.
