Posted to State Departmrnt for visa procesing?

Applied for H1B in 2006 and case was redirected to USCIS by Chennai consulate. And recently received the following mail from USCIS. Colud any one please explain what is the below statement maen and how much time ittakes to clear the case.

"On July 23, 2007, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly. If you have questions or concerns about your pplication or the case status"
