221g in New Delhi

Hi everybody,

I have attended Interview in DELHi on FEB26th 2006 ,I was issued 221g and today i got mail from USCIS informing that they received a request from state Department to review my case. I just want to know why my case was sent to USCIS again anyone faced this type of situation do help me.
