Travel To India through USA

I am currently on OPT which is expiring end of August 07. After expiry of OPT in september 1st week, I want to goto backhome for H1_B stamping (Starting October 1st).

I have to apply H4 for dependent kids. Can I leave US with pending H4 approval for kids when kid are here? Is that ok?

Travel outside usa with valid H1 petition but pending H4

I want to go back home for stamping of H1-B. I am going to apply H4 for family. Is there any concern of me goinig out when kids are here with pending H4 (from F2) for them.
