My H1B was expired on June 20 2007.
I applied for H1B extension on May 15 with premium processing at Vermont premium processing center
I got the receipt number on May 22nd. But 0n June 03 2007 it went for security check,
My Attorney called to USCIS on 08/24/2007.They told to my attorney, that your petition is stuck in security checks. We do not know how long it will take for them to process your case. what is the security check what they will check. In this case what i have do. if any one knows about it please help to me.
