travel time after visa stamping

Dear Sir,
My wife H1B visa was stamped in 2007 February and she have not travlled to US till now. The visa is valid till 2009 Oct. She plans to travel in June 2008 and her employer has agreed to that. Can she travel or do we need any other papers. I heard that after stamping you need to travel within 6 months or the visa becomes invalid. Can you pls advice.

There is no 6 months rule. She can travel at any time until the expiration of visa as long as employer is willing to employ her when arrives in the US.
