Sir,
I am currently in US on an F2 Visa. My husband has got H1B approval valid from October 1 2007 and will be going to the US consulate in India in October to get it stamped.
I am also going for a vacation to India in october. Can I go to the US consulate in the same appointment with him and request for H4 visa? Or is it necessary for me to file a I-539 in US and then wait back in india till it is processed and then go individually to the US consulate?
