Hi,
i am currently working for an Indian company through which i have a valid H1B visa . I have worked on h1B visa in the US for 3 months from sept 2006 to nov 2006 . now i am going to resign the job and settle in US . my current employer will cancel my H1 since i am resigning . my question is :
1. if i come on H4 anf find an employer then will i be subject to H1 caps or since i already have had h1 in past i wont be subject to caps ?
