Reagrding H1B transfer

Hi,

I have a valid H1b visa which got stamped when I was in my previous employer. I currently have joined in a different company. I just want to know that if I want to transfer my H1B from my previous employer to current employer, then is it possible.

Note: I have travelled to US once when I was in my previous company and currently I am in India. Can I transfer the H1B?

No, you can't transfer H1 as you are not working for your previous employer. You will have to file new H1, subject to quota.
