Hello All,
I had applied for H1-b for 2006 quota but the case is pending under 221(g) since july 2006.
This year I had applied for 2007 quota and my case got selected in lottery system but my petition got rejected in later processing and my employer haven't provided me any concrete reason.
Anyway with 2 rejections already do I have chance of getting US visa in future?
