I am not sure as to why you missed out one of the documents the first time you got the 221(g). Would you care to mention which document you missed to send.
And did you send only the documents marked on the 221(g) slip and not the other documents.
And which VFS office did you drop the documents at?

221(g) second time

Hi,

I have posted all ticked docs in 221(g) blue with Passport .

I have recieved 221 (g) second time and it states that one of my doc is missing so VO asked to send that Doc without Passport. I will post that Doc in couple of days.

SO what are the chances of getting VISA and how long it takes.

When i posted first time it took 9 days for response.

Please kindly reply with ur valuable advices.

Do I need to post LCA, Educational Evaluation,certification,experience letters, degree certificates as supporting docs to I-129

------Only Drop all the docs asked by VO / mentioned in 221g blue form.
Take all docs like LCA,Certificates etc while droping docs at VFS office.
VFS office will check the docs once u submit the same, they will go as per listed in blue form.If anything is missing they will ask you to submit.

I would like to know what are the possibilities to get Visa and how long it will take to get the process done.

------Time line depends on the docs genuinity and case to case.It make take 2-8 weeks or more.

Employer and docs are genuine then more possibilty of getting visa.

Hi All,

Recently i attended H1B interview and i was given 221g blue asking about client letter, complete itenary with dates,projects and tax returns of the consultant. All the documnets are ready now and im about to send through VFS in a couple of days. Visa officer asked me to send those docs along with DS 156,DS157,I-797,I-129 and passport in VFS .

Do I need to post LCA, Educational Evaluation,certification,experience letters, degree certificates as supporting docs to I-129

I would like to know what are the possibilities to get Visa and how long it will take to get the process done.

Senior members(subramanya) help me in this regard with ur valuable answers.
