L1 to H1 Change of Status Visa Stamping Documents

Hi

-I am here from june 2006 on L1A visa for company A. And I got my H1B
approval for Company B. My H1B will be approved from 1st oct 2007. I
am going to India for Visa Stamping in Oct. Which are the main
documents required for the Visa stamping as company B has applied for
my L1 to H1 COS (Change of Status).

- I have one other doubt, which are the common questions they will ask me during the stamping interview.

You don't need to go immediately for stamping, you can start working for company B. You can go for stamping as and when needed.

Yeah thanks for your answer. But i have already took the date. So, which are the docs required for that

In case you want to compulsorily go to India and get stamping, then the consulate website should give you info of the docs you need to carry.
