Hi all,
am on L2 with EAD,working and got my H1 petition approved this year but dont know whether COS is also approved or not along with the petition.
my questions:
1)if H1 petition approved with out COS(USCIS denied the COS), can i apply for COS after 3 months(while still in US) or should compulsorily go out of US and reenter with H1 stamping?(to be on H1)
2)is there any Premium Processing for COS as in H1 Transfer or H1 extension?
it would be of big help if some one throw light on these points.
