Hi all,

I got RFE on my H1B Visa petition, my emplyer have replied and my case status has changed as "Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed". Till now no response , is there any hope on that.

Hi clariion,

Even i faced the same situation, initiaon my REF status is alos "send for note for addition evedence", then later status has change to "Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed"


In my case with in couple of day, it change ot " approved notice has been sent"

So, your petition process has been started, wait for some time, Best of Luck, Thanks

USCIS will take upto 60 days for processing. Wait until 60 days then call USCIS with your case number.

Thanks for ur input.I have done Special Diploma(Toatl I have 151/2 years of Education) and I have 71/2 years of Exp.I worked for MNCs.USCIS asked RFE, so my employer did education evaluation and submitted to USCIS.Will it be any issue with my case.
