  • L1 vs I94

    Hi
I am hoping you can steer me in the right direction.
My husband is over here working on an L1 visa. We have 2 daughters one is 4yrs and the other is 1yr. They are both on Australian Passports. The 4yr old has an L2 visa in hers the 1yr old only has the I94.
I have a New Zealand passport with an L2 visa.
When we entered the country on the 14th of August 2007 the customs officer has put I94 visas into all three passports. There was no option offered to me of a white (?) card form.
I am now staying (due to husbands work) to at least mid December and would like to extend my daughter (1yr old)s I94 visa as she doesn't have the L2 but feel that I shouldn't have to extend mine and my other daughters (4yr old) as we have the L2 which expires on the 24th Jan 2009. I hope that is not to confusing and your help in this would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks for your time.
