hello to all,
am on L2 visa with EAD and have my approved petition(by an Indian consultant).have booked for the H1 stamping in Nov this year in India.also i found an American company and will be working with them starting Oct 01, who can transfer my H1(premium processing) from the present Indian consultant.
i want to know what all documents required for H1 transfer?...i have only the copy of petition and should everything be in original or copy is fine with?
