name of the person in US who you would be staying with

Currently I am working in US and I am going to india for restamping h1b.
My wife and daughter are on H4. while filing Ds156 for my wife and kid,
in field # 25 (which ask for name of the person in US who you would be staying with) what i need to provide.Since I will also be in India at the time of stamping, shall i provide my employers detail or myself or blank.

Secondly, do my spouse have to fill DS157 ? She is on H4 (dependent).

you have to fill your name.....
yes she has to fill ds 157
