I have H1B visa approved on Oct 2006 from company A and I am working for company B in L1B visa for last 4 years. Company B has processed and got approval for L1A visa for me on May 2007 till Mar 2010. Now I want to join Company A with my H1B visa (which got approved on Oct 2006).
Do I need to go out of country and stamp my H1B visa to make that active? If Yes then shall I go to Canada or Mexico to do the stamping or shall I need to go to India to do that?
If Yes then what Visa do I need to go to Canada or Mexico and get the stamping.
