Tax Statement in LOSS! H1B Affected

Hi Sir/Madam,
Please help with this information. My consultant has given his tax pappers and it shows a loss for 2 years, anyhow the loss % is reduced from the first year to the second.

Does this will affect the H1b Visa????

Anyone had this experience or in same boat now...or heared any...

which consulate you are attending.
if it is chennai it may if it is not chennai then no needd to worry about that.
in other consulates they are not even asking single document
