renewal of H1B while having infraction -disturbing the peac

Hi,
i have Infratction - disturbing the peace against me..
When i went to the consultate for re-stamping, the officer asked what happend when you were in the US. i explained him..but i did't have the court docs at that point in time..so he asked me to get the draft for Rs .x and he said he will order the court to send the all the docs related to the case and then only they can take a decision whethere to approve for renewal or not..

i am going to submit the draft to US consultate..

I would like to know if we have domestic violance "INFRACTION for disturbing the peace" will it affect the H1B renewal..

any input will be higly appreciated..
