Urgent help needed.H1 Transfer issue.

Hi all,

I came to u.s on H1B with company 'A'.Within 30 days of my arrival in u.s,i
transferred my H1B to Company 'B' ,due to some issues with my employer.
My H1b through company 'A' was cancelled by my employer.Now i got Query on H1B filed through company 'B'.My 2nd employer has already responded to query.
In case if my H1B filed through comp 'B' got rejected,then what would be my status,can i file my H1B through other company or what should be done in my case.

Suggestions in this case will be highly apprieciated.

your h1 will probably approved but not your H1 status continuity. In this case you may have to go out of US and re-enter with new H1 visa stamp.
