H1B stamping for diploma candidate

Hi,

I plan to go for my Visa stamping soon, I had a few doubts and needed help from members of the board.

I am a Diploma in Electronics with 10 years IT experience.

Do I need to compulsorily carry "education/experience evaluation" to show that I am eligible for the H1B being a Diploma ?

I think every 3 years of experience can be considered as equivalent to 1 year of education. So that way your employer would have got your H1B processed when he submitted your case to USCIS, get that copy from your employer and proceed for interview.
