I really need your help. I am applying for H1 visa and I have a few questions:
1. when do I send my papers?
2. will Admissions Officer at a college be good enough position to get the visa?
3. what kind of papers do I need to send?
Getting lawyer is a little bit difficult for me right now financially. So, please help me.

if not you can apply your H1 for year 2009 Quota from April 1, 2008 only.
