can any 1 suggest me filling ds-157

Hi All

first of thanks to immihelp to provide good service.
Can any one suggest me how to fill-up DS-157, where column nos 3. name in native alphabet, column no 12. where dates of employment and column no 17 where dates of attendacne. When I trying to enter from date to to date, it doesnt allwing both. its allowing only one date. could i mention . can i mention appointment letter date or experience date and issue of memorandum of marks date. pls help inthis regards

Use templet which is provided my Immihelp.try to Use coloumn 12 and 17 date formatt Feb1998-Jan2000.

Column #3 should not be filled in online

Hi Khan,

You should write your name (using pen) in native language on DS157. Hence, you should not fill in any data online for this column. After you took print out only you need to write on it. For ex: If you belongs to AP, you should write in Telugu or if belongs to Tamilanadu, you should write in Tamil.
