HI,
The H1b annual cap. for FY05 has reached as published by the USCIS.

According to that earliest date to apply for FY06 is April 1st. My questions is if my employer fills H1b for me at start of April. And it gets approved, should i have to wait till October 05 to get visa and start employment, bcz the Fy06 will start on 1,october 05.
