Hello
I got my visa transfered from Employer A to Employer B this year. The stamp from employer A is valid till October 2008. The new I-797 from Employer B is valid till October 2009.
I am planning to visit family in India in Dec/ Jan. Would I need a new stamp on my passport to re-enter the US. How can I know if the Employer A has not cancelled my visa?
Secondly, I got married two years back. However, my marital status is Single on my passport. Do I need to get my passport updated before I can travel? I am asking this because I checked the form DS 156, there I need to fill all information regarding my spouse. So if the Marital Status on the passport is not correct, can that be a problem.
