Hi,
I am on H1B and my company has applied for my H1 extension. I am planning to
get my stamping done in India once I receive my notice of approval.
My current H1 expires in mid october. I have to send all documents for extension
to India by october end so that my appointment in november at visa office in mumbai doesnt get cancelled.
It has been more than two and half months since i got my file number for H1 renewal but
I havent heard anything back from them yet.
My company said if I want they can apply for premium processing.
Does anyone know if that would help me ? How long would premium processing take?
Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks
